We understand that sometimes things don’t always work out the way you expect. No worries! We’ve got you covered with our straightforward and customer-friendly Refund & Returns Policy.
Easy Returns – Because We Know You’ll Love It, But Just In Case…
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your omvibe.shop yoga gear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, returns are a breeze!
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: All items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed (we’re all about that fresh vibe).
- Tags: Don’t forget to keep the tags on—your new yoga gear should be returned in its original condition.
How to Return Your omvibe.shop Gear:
- Step 1: Send an email to service@omvibe.shop with your order details and reason for return.
- Step 2: We’ll send you an easy return shipping label. You don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home!
- Step 3: Package your items, slap on the return label, and send it back to us.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected (don’t worry, we handle everything with care), we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your items were defective or incorrect.
Exchanges – If You Want Something New!
Sometimes, all you need is a fresh color or a different size. If you’d prefer to exchange an item instead of returning it, we’re happy to help!
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit quite right, we can exchange it for a different one (subject to availability).
- Color Exchange: Want a different color? No problem, just make sure the item is still in perfect condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
We make every effort to send you perfect products, but if something goes wrong—whether it’s a defect or a mistake with your order—we will take care of it immediately. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll provide a full refund or send out a replacement, at no extra cost to you.
